Ensalada campera

Preparamos hoy una ensalada campera. Una receta estupenda para comer en casa o para ponerla en el túpper y llevárnosla a cualquier parte: la playa, la piscina, campo o al trabajo.

Nos sirve como primer plato de la comida, para la cena o como acompañamiento del plato principal. También te puede interesar RECETAS PARA CENAS DE VERANO.

Ingredientes:

3 patatas medianas.
1 pimiento verde.
1/2 pimiento rojo.
2 tomates.
2 latas de atún.
Aceitunas verdes y negras.
Aceite de oliva.
3 huevos cocidos.
Mezcla de especias para ensalada (ya incluye sal).

Elaboración de la ensalada campera:

Pelamos y cortamos las patatas en cubos grandecitos.
Hervimos las patatas en agua con sal durante veinte minutos. Retiramos y colocamos en una fuente.
Añadimos el atún desmigado y mezclamos bien con las patatas.
Cortamos los pimientos, tomates, huevos en trozos también grandecitos y añadimos a la fuente.
Incorporamos las aceitunas y ponemos en frío hasta la hora de servir.
Aderezamos con las especias para ensalada y aliñamos con un buen aceite de oliva. Si no tienes a mano las especias, simplemente salamos y aliñamos con aceite de oliva.
