The Original Small Town Global Online Pharmacy: Frequently Asked Questions

Inbound Into Customs Usps Viagra

You can order by clicking on the order tab, on any order button you see on the website. Enter your email address (this is probably most important), preferred mailing address, the name and quantity of the medication you want to order and your preferred payment method. We’ll invoice via email within one business day. If you selected a manual payment method (bank transfer, check/money order, W. Union, MoneyGram, etc.), we’ll email you with payment instructions. Your order will ship out within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, which includes any card (this includes credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, prepaid money cards, and virtual debit/credit cards) with an American Express, Discover, Mastercard, or Visa logo through our various merchant accounts. Many of our customers use Entropay prepaid virtual credit cards, so that they don’t have to use their ‘main’ credit cards online. We also accept payment via payment services such as Alert Pay / Payza, Dwolla, Google Checkout/Google Wallet, OK Pay, PayWeb, Paxum, Pecunix, PopMoney / ZashPay, RedPass, Serve, and Skrill/Moneybookers. We also accept payments by Bitcoins (BTC). Payments can also be made through MoneyGram and W. Union transfers. In addition, we are one of the few online pharmacies that accepts US origin bank to bank (ACH) transfers (including mobile payments), money orders (USPS money orders preferred) and personal checks. We also have the capacity to accept cash deposits at eight different US banks, and SWIFT transfers to one Hong Kong Bank, one India bank, and one Singapore bank. Just select the payment method you prefer in the order form and that’s how we will bill you .
What are your store hours? / When are you open? / When do you ship out your orders?
We are open 365 days a year. Our daily operating hours are 8am to 10pm India Standard time, our local time in Mumbai, India. We are about 10 hours ahead of New York time, 4 hours ahead of London time, 1 hour ahead of Moscow time, and 5 hours behind Sydney time. Although we often answer emails in ‘real time,’ you should expect that some responses will be delayed until the next business day if it’s near the end of our business day, outside of our normal business hours, or if we are experiencing a particularly high volume of email. Also, shipments are mailed out on every mailing day, although orders that are received and paid for before a public mailing holiday (or Friday evening for example), will not mail out until the very next mailing day, which at times can be up to 48-72 hours later.
Do you accept Bitcoins? / Does your pharmacy accept digital currency ?
Yes, we do accept Bitcoins. If you have funds in other digital currencies, please convert them to Bitcoins at any of the major exchanges before sending us payment. We’ll quote you the amount of BTC (Bitcoins) that you need to send us to pay for your order by using the current Coindesk exchange rate at the time of purchase. We’ll then provide you with one of our Bitcoin addresses with which you can send payment to us. You are welcome to send payment as an open ‘confirmation’ payment or Green Payment. We’ll provide you with payment instructions if you select Bitcoins as your payment method.
How do I make payment via MoneyPak/Vanilla Reload ?
First, you’ll need to know how much you’ll need to pay us for your order. Once we quote you, you’ll need to go to a local retailer and buy a MoneyPak or Vanilla Reload in the amount due (we’ll allow you to round to the nearest dollar, no worries). For example, your order for 100 x Sildenafil 100 mg tablets would be $70.10. We’d then ask you to go and purchase a $70 in MoneyPak or Vanilla Reload ‘credit.’ You’d then email us the number on that card. You can also send us a photo of the card as well. Once your credit is confirmed, we’ll ship your order. This payment has become very popular with many of our customers as it’s relatively easy to do, anonymous, and your order is processed instantly. It’s essentially a quick ‘random’ cash transaction.
You can purchase MoneyPak at the following stores:
How do you convert cash to Bitcoins ?
If you are new to Bitcoins, you should read the introduction and general overview of the payment system at: WeUseCoins.com There they will recommend one of the first steps you take is to download a Bitcoin wallet. An easier step for the less technically inclined individual is to use an online Bitcoin wallet. One easy to use (and free) online Bitcoin wallet is: BlockChain My Wallet. We recommend that European customers use Bitstamp.net or Intersango.com (you can use SEPA or wire transfers to fund your Bitcoin wallet), and that US customers use CampBx.com, Coinbase.com, or Intersango.com (you can easily use Dwolla.com to fund your Bitcoin wallet at CampBx or Intersango). Please note that your Dwolla account must be more than 30 days old before you can purchase digital currency (Bitcoins included). European customers may opt to use Instawire.org. Another popular service that allows people to purchase digital currencies is AurumXchange.com.
What shows up on my credit card/bank statement? / How is this described on my statement ?
Your purchase will be described as the purchase of general goods from a non-descriptive store name (such as TBL Furniture or A-1 Lighting Fixtures), so your privacy is assured. Nothing relating to medicine or pharmacy names are used in our merchant and payment accounts.
If you want to go a step further to protect your privacy, use a prepaid Visa or Mastercard money or gift card and there will be hardly any record of your transaction at all. Another way to protect your privacy is to choose Bitcoins or money order as your payment option. That way there is no billing statement record of the purchase.
We ask all customers to help preserve our privacy (and to help preserve the privacy of other customers as well) by not mentioning the various ‘storefront’ names we use to describe purchases from our pharmacy on any public internet forums. Feel free to recommend us to friends and coworkers, but please make sure that they understand that as well.
We do not require a prescription. Simply place your order, or email us and let us know what you require and we’ll process your order. Healthcare and medication costs are on a perpetual rise. There are more uninsured people than ever before. We’re here to save you time and money, if you know what medications you require, we certainly don’t need a paid note from your health care provider.
Can I request a particular brand of medication ?
You are welcome to make brand requests, and we will try to accommodate you, however as a matter of policy, we ship out generic brands of the same medication interchangeably. Brand requests cannot be guaranteed.
We ship the bulk of our orders from our logistics center in Mumbai, India. It’s a medical grade climate controlled ‘clean’ facility. Ungloved/unsanitized human hands never touch your medication (which are sealed in blister packs or bottles anyway). Everything is packed and shipped in sanitary conditions. Medication arrives direct from the manufacturers and are immediately stored in ideal temperature conditions for each respective medication.
Will I be able to track my order? How do I track my order? Has my order left India yet? The USPS website says ‘Origin Post is Preparing Shipment,’ what does that mean? If it says ‘MUMBAI AIR’ on the India Post website, has my order been shipped? / etc .
Yes, you will be able to track your order. 1-2 business days after mail out, we will email you the tracking number(s), also known as certified mail, delivery confirmation or registered mail numbers in some countries. In that email you will also receive links to the India Post website. You’ll be able to see there when your item(s) have left India. When it shows as a particular date and ‘MUMBAI AIR,’ that means your order has left Mumbai International Airport on the date shown. All international mail leaves the country on commercial airline flights and thus the last tracking point for India will be an international airport, and for our company, the closest airport is Mumbai’s airport. This can be seen in the example image of a tracking result below:
Another common question (from USA customers in this case) is that even though a particular shipment may have left India, the USPS website may still show a tracking status of ‘Origin Post is Preparing Shipment,’ as in the example below:
The reason for this is that the particular shipment/order is likely already in the destination country (USA in this case), but has not yet cleared customs and has not yet been scanned into the USPS system. Please be patient as this does not mean the shipment is still in India. It has left India and is simply awaiting customs clearance. The shipment will likely become trackable again in a few days when it re-enters the USPS mail system and will soon be delivered, as in the example tracking result shown below:
Will I need to sign for my order? / Do I need to sign for these packages? / The usps.com (post office) website says ‘notice left’ but I do not have a notice in my mailbox? / What if the package is returned because I gave you the wrong address or because no one at my address accepted the package ?
All orders are shipped via first class registered air mail so yes, a signature is required to accept the package(s). Anyone at the mailing address can sign for the package, it doesn’t have to be specifically the person the package was addressed to. It can be a friend, neighbor, roommate, spouse, child, etc. We must ship out by registered air mail by the way, because if we do not, both the customer (you) and the sender (us) will not be able to track and confirm delivery of orders.
Yes, the USPS sometimes will not leave a ‘notice left’ slip or note even when it indicates this on the USPS.com website. This can be because of many reasons. Sometimes the notices are misplaced, scattered by the wind, and sometimes the mail carrier simply doesn’t really write a note. The remedy or solution for this type of situation is that we recommend that all customers make an effort to track their orders online at the USPS.com website so that they know when a delivery attempt has been made and so that they can then arrange redelivery (online or with their mailman/mail carrier). Also, if possible, leave a permanent note (even better if you can get this note laminated) on your home, building, or office mailbox with a message to your mailman along these lines. “Dear USPS, if a package to be delivered requires my signature, PLEASE leave me a delivery notice for me to sign so that you can redeliver the package. Otherwise just leave it in my mail box. Thank you!”
Important : Please note that we cannot take responsibility if your order is returned to us because you do not accept the package(s) (for instance you go on vacation and do not place a hold on your mail or there are multiple delivery attempts but you do not sign for your order for whatever reason). In these cases we will wait until the package(s) are returned to us and will reship, BUT we will need you to pay for the postage costs for the reshipment. If the packages are lost on the return leg, the customer agrees that the we are not to be held responsible for such losses. To avoid such situations, the customer should actively track their orders online at the links provided in the follow up email(s) we send after your order has been shipped.
What do I do if my package is confiscated by customs? US Customs sent me a seizure letter, what do I do now? Should I respond to this customs letter ?
You do not need to do anything. There is no need to respond to it. No legal action will be taken against you, nor have we ever heard of anyone being prosecuted for importing personal use prescription medication. Our general policy is to continue reshipping any lost or confiscated packages. The reason for this is that the volume of mail arriving everyday into the USA is overwhelming and it is simply not possible for US Customs to inspect even a small percentage of it. The odds are heavily in favor of the customer. This guaranteed reship policy applies to all other countries we ship to as well.
Our prices are some of the lowest you’ll find out there. Don’t take our word for it, Google around and you’ll see for yourself. The reason is simple: We accept a much lower profit margin than most online and real world pharmacies out there. While other businesses try to price gouge with profit margins of more than 100% to sometimes even 200%+ percent (yes, pharmaceutical margins ARE that high), we follow standard retail practice of accepting modest 9 to 15% margins. We can afford to do so because our business doesn’t have any debt. Our assets: buildings, property, and even delivery vans are completely paid for. We are completely internally financed. Thus, there isn’t much in terms of overhead costs that need to be passed on to the customer. You’re welcome. 🙂

Can I use a USA mail forwarder if I don’t have a USA (or other country you ship to) mailing address ?
Of course. And many of our customers do. First, be sure to check that your country isn’t in the list of countries we ship to. If that’s the case and you still want to order from us, we recommend that you get a USA mail forwarder account with one of dozens of companies that offer these services. You can find them through Google (search for “USA address mail forwarding.” Some popular services that several thousand of our customers use are: Bongo International, Earth Class Mail, Ship It To, USA Box, USA 2 Me, USA Mail 1, US Global Mail, and Via Address. If you open an account with any of these services, they will provide you with a USA based mailing address and will accept and then forward packages to you in your own country for a small to moderate fee.
Is it okay if my billing address and mailing address are different? Can I have my order shipped to someone else as a gift ?
Yes, that is okay. You can put in your billing address as both the billing and mailing address when you make payment. and THEN email us separately to let us know what the mailing address you want us to ship to is. Otherwise we’ll just ship to the address you specify on the order form. The address you specify on the order form takes priority over what is stated in your payment unless you email us and let us know. We can even ship to a friend or family member as a gift. We do not provide gift wrapping services. There is no mention of price of product on any of our shipment packages other than a small approximate value customs declaration slip.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, post office boxes, MBE Mailboxes Etc., UPS Store addresses, APO/FPO addresses, etc ?
Yes, we do ship to all PO Boxes, post office boxes, APO/FPO addresses, etc. We have no restrictions whatsoever regarding shipping addresses as long as they are correct/accurate addresses.
Does your pharmacy accept USPS money orders / Which USPS money order do I need to purchase, the domestic or international one? / Does making payment by money order slow down my order ?
Please note that as of March 2015, we no longer accept mailed in checks or money orders. You’ll need to select a different payment method to make payment on your order.
Are you Indian? Are you a pharmacist ?
While this is always a somewhat amusing question, the answer is: we are a family company made up of more than 40 people of various nationalities: American, British, Indian, Malaysian, and Singaporean. You can expect customer service in clear native speaking English, although you are welcome to ask questions in any language. All people who handle sales and shipping are pharmacists. The only people who handle your order who are not pharmacists are the delivery van drivers who take these orders to the post office. If you have any questions regarding drug interactions or side effects, you are more than welcome to ask. We keep up to date with our profession and trade through continual education.
I see you use a Yandex email address, are you Russian, are you in the Ukraine, etc. ?
This question or something similar comes up surprisingly often. Not that it should matter, but no, we are not Russian, or anything to do with the former Soviet Union. We are for the most part an Indian organization and are based in Mumbai, India. We use many different email addresses, and some of them are from Yandex (which is just a free Russia based email service like Yahoo or Hotmail). We also use GMX and Gmail but it has always been our business philosophy to keep as many redundant emails and websites in several different and unrelated countries.
I only received part of my order ?
Large orders and even some medium sized orders are often packed in different packages. Rest assured that you will indeed receive your entire order. Note also that we often (but not always) ship ‘bonus’ or ‘extra’ tablets of medication when stock allows so you’ll often find that the quantity of items received will exceed the quantity that you ordered. Packages may often arrive several days and perhaps weeks apart.
Your website is down. Can I order via email?/Skype/etc. ?
From time to time, our website may be inaccessible. We’re still here, don’t worry. We’ve been in business for more than fifty years, have more than 200 partners and employees (many of whom are family members) and we aren’t going anywhere. If you want to place an order, just email it to us. Let us know what you want to order, what quantity, and what payment method you want to use. This is all we need to know:
1. your order (200 x Diazepam 10 mg)
2. your payment method (Bitcoins, Paypal, Google Wallet, Western Union, etc.)
3. your mailing address (John Smith, 100 Main Street, City/Town, State/Province, Postal Code, Country)
Also, if our emails ever bounce back, just contact us at ANY of our Gmail or Live.com email adddresses, or contact us via Skype and we’ll get back to you. It’s important that you save our email addresses just in case you lose touch with any of our websites.
How long will it take for my order to arrive ?
For most countries, the average time from mail out to package arrival is 15-20 mailing days. Most of that time frame is allocated for outbound (origin country) and inbound (your country) customs services/departments to process your package. Be sure to make note of your tracking or delivery confirmation number so that you can track your package online (if your local post office website supports this function). Orders that take longer than 30 days to arrive can be refunded in full or reshipped, according to the customer’s choice. Please do not ask for a refund or reshipment if 30 days has not been reached since your item has mailed out. In cases of reshipment, if both the original shipment and ‘reshipment’ arrive, we do ask that you make payment for the extra shipment.
Yes. We will either refund you in full or reship your order free of charge if it is not delivered. It is the customer’s choice which option they prefer. An order is considered not delivered if it has not arrived after 30 days from the time of mail out, OR the item does not track as outbound from the origin country within 5 working days (not including public holidays) from the time payment is received.
Do you send out junk email? Do you spam advertise ?
JCM Pharmacy does not send out any junk or spam advertisements. If you receive emails that purport to be sent from us, please rest assured that they are NOT from us and forward them to us so that we can contact and possibly stop those responsible. If you receive junk or spam advertisements that seem to be related to the sale of pharmacy products, it is likely that you were put on a mass mailing list from some other source unrelated to our company. We do not advertise at all, and rely on word of mouth recommendations and repeat business from our own customers. One solution or workaround is to use a ‘throwaway’ or ‘less important’ free email address from Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo, etc. to be used with the purchase of pharmacy goods. That way you do not compromise the privacy of your main email addresses.
Is this legal? What about customs ?
Yes. Most countries follow the US FDA’s policy which allows US consumers to import up to a 90-day supply of prescription drugs for personal use. Although this varies by country, most postal/customs services don’t regard orders of less than 500-1,000 tablets of medication as significant. It is more commonly standard policy to simply allow small quantities (30 to 200 tablets) of non-narcotic medication through the system and delivered to their destinations rather than have it seized or returned.
Do you carry other medications not listed ?
Yes. If you do not see a medication that you require listed on our website, simply email us and ask.
Are credit card transactions over the Internet safe ?
Yes. First, we do not actually process your personal credit card information ourselves. The processors we use: Card Service International, HSBC Bank, and Wells Fargo Bank (USA) all utilize industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow the encryption of all credit/debit card information. This means no third party can access your information. If you are uncomfortable with using your credit card, we also accept Alert Pay, Amazon Payments, Google Checkout, checks/money orders, and transfer services such as MoneyGram and W. Union as well. We also accept ACH transfers (typically offered through just about any US bank’s bill pay service) and walk in/drive through deposits (to our US bank accounts).
Can I use prepaid money/credit cards or gift cards to make a purchase ?
Yes. In fact if you are hesitant about using your own ‘high limit’ credit card, or debit card attached to your bank account on the net, this is the best choice out there. As long as the prepaid money card, prepaid credit/debit card, or gift card has a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover logo on it, you can use it. Simply choose the credit card option for payment when you place your order and we’ll invoice you from one of our merchant accounts. Some popular cards that our customers use are: CashZone Prepaid cards, Classic American Express Gift cards, MoneyGram Prepaid cards, NetSpend Prepaid cards, Ready Debit Prepaid cards, Vanilla Visa cards, Vanilla Mastercards, Walmart Money cards, and W. Union Gift and Prepaid cards. Another popular issuer of cards is called Paid By Cash. You can find them at www.paidbycash.com They sell their cards through thousands of retailers in the US, some of the more popular of which are: Circle K, Food Lion, KMart, Kroger, Ralph’s, Safeway, Stop-N-Go, Tom Thumb, Winn Dixie, and many more stores. Our Australian customers often use the Load and Go Prepaid Visa (get these at any Australia Post), ANZ Prepaid, and Westpac Prepaid (available at those respective banks) cards. Our UK customers often use Orange Cash card, Royal Mail/Post Office Travel Money card, and/or Virgin Moneycard. Most of these cards can be purchased in amounts of $50 to $250 (or equivalent in AUS$ or GBP), which is around the range of most people’s average purchase with us. Depending on the type of card, you can also reload/refill funds at the same store/bank/post office you purchased it at so you can make future purchases. It is possible that your bank even offers a virtual debit card, these can also be used to purchase from us. Customers also can choose to use virtual credit/debit cards from companies like AccountNow, Entropay, Neteller, or Payoneer. Most of these are issued instantly and can be used within a few minutes of your activating/funding your account with them.
Can you clarify about receiving store credit if I pay via W. Union ?
If you make payment for your order via W. Union, and the amount of your order is equal to or over $500 (US Dollars), we’ll credit you in full for your transfer fee. For instance, if you send $500 via W. Union, depending on the country you send from, the fee will be around $35. We’ll subsidize this fee, or in other words give you credit for it. So in addition to your $500 order, you can select $35 more in product (of anything we sell). We do this in order to save you money on your W. Union fees, which compared to many payment options, is a relatively expensive payment option. In order to receive your credit, you’ll need to email us a photoscan or copy of the transfer receipt that shows the MTCN, amount sent, and fee paid. Please save this image in JPEG or GIF format.
On the W. Union ‘send money’ form, do I use the ‘test question’ option or ‘recipient will have ID’ option? On the MoneyGram transfer form, should I select receiver will have ID? Do I have to set a test question? Do I need to select any of the additional options ?
If you make payment for your order via W. Union or MoneyGram, all you will need to specify is the amount to send and the beneficiary information (name and address) that we will provide for you. You should select or check the option that says the beneficiary will have valid ID (identification).
Please DO NOT select any of the additional options such as test question, inform recipient via telephone, send a check to the recipient, send a message to the recipient, etc. If a description or reason for the transfer is required, please select something like ‘general goods,’ ‘educational expenses,’ or ‘travelling expenses.’ Please DO NOT write any drug names or pharmacy terms as that may cancel the transfer.
Our prices are already considered low enough to be wholesale prices. Feel free to browse around the Internet and compare our prices to other online and real world pharmacies. In some special circumstances we are willing to negotiate quantity discounts. As a general rule though we don’t recommend that customers order large quantities of medications as generally speaking: the larger the order (especially when one gets into the 500-1,000+ tablet range), the more likely you’ll have customs issues at the package destination.
How should I store my medication if I plan to keep it long term for later use? What is the best method for long term storage of medication? Please advise how to store medication for survival / prepper / bunker use. / etc .
This varies by medication, but it does appear that most of the questions about this topic seem to be related to tablet or pill medication, often of the analgesic or antibiotic nature. In general it is important to keep most medication at or near room temperature, dry, and out of direct sunlight. Airtight “tupperware” (food storage) type containers are ideal for this purpose. If available, you should also add a dessicant pack (moisture absorbing pack, of the type often found in snack food packaging) to your storage container. Medication is often still effective well after the expiration date if you use these storage methods, although you should probably plan to ‘rotate’ and use your medication storage stocks every 10-15 years after the expiration date.
How do I leave feedback? / Can I make a few suggestions? / etc .
All customers are more than welcome to view and add to our customer feedback and suggestion blog. We of course always appreciate feedback (both positive and suggestions for improvement), but what we really appreciate is good word of mouth advertising when satisfied customers recommend us to their family, friends, and coworkers, perhaps at the same time briefly explaining our ‘discreet/private’ ordering and billing system.
Where is the rxcreams.com / jcmpharmacy.com / jcmrx.com / etc. website? I can’t seem to locate your website. Are you still in business? We heard you were shut down by Big Pharma, are you still there ?
Over the years, some of our websites have been attacked and shut down without warning or due process by Big Pharma lobbying groups. Either they try to get our domain names banned, or they pressure our webhosts to delete our content. We’re still here and business is as good as ever. We’ve been in business for decades, we’re certainly not going out of business just because one of our websites gets deleted. Whenever one of our websites go down, we quickly inform as many customers as possible and activate one or more of our reserve backup websites (of which we literally have hundreds and can create an infinite number of). If you, as a customer ever lose contact with one of our websites, you can simply email us at any of our various email addresses or leave a note on any of the more popular webforums where we are discussed, and we will provide you with the new and current website address(es).
Who or what is “Big Pharma?”
Big Pharma is the nickname given to the world’s vast and influential pharmaceutical industry and its trade and lobbying group, the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America or PhRMA. The industry wields enormous influence over the prescription drug and medical device markets around the globe. In fact, in the United States, the industry contributes heavily to the annual budget of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which is charged with regulating drugs and devices made by those same companies. Big Pharma demonstrates its power, political might and social influence over the nation’s governments and agencies, its health care systems, its doctors and hospitals, as well as the psyche of the average consumer worldwide. With the help of staggering profits and an army of paid lobbyists, the industry has gained powerful leverage in the world market for medication.
Please Google “Edelman pharmacy scare tactics.” You’ll find articles of an example of Big Pharma’s strategy for overseas pharmacy competition. In short, their strategy is to use public relations and advertising firms to ‘sling mud’ or to play upon the fears of the American public. and in cases where such fears didn’t exist before, to attempt to generate new fears. This is the origin of public “beliefs and rumors” that foreign made medication are made of substandard and/or dangerous ingredients. Completely contrary to this that proves this fear mongering is false is the FACT that most major US hospitals are supplied the MAJORITY of their medicines by Indian pharmaceutical companies, the same companies that supply online overseas pharmacies.
The world’s 11 largest drug companies made a net profit of $711.4 billion from 2003 to 2012 and the global market for pharmaceuticals is expected to top $1 trillion in sales by 2014.
In short, tens of thousands of small online pharmacies like ours are often targeted because we sell equivalent generics for very small profit margins and thus are considered a threat to these pharmaceutical giants.
We always welcome questions. We’ll answer your questions until you run out of questions. Feel free to contact us:
