Taking viagra abroad
My friend has got a trip to Spain booked in a few weeks, and wondered about taking viagra with him. Would airline security confiscate it? Would they do this in front of other passengers causing embarrassment? Would he get in trouble for “smuggling” it?

Yes, you can, but you might not be able to access some of the services as they are region restricted. I recall mentioning to a colleague that I was going to watch something on Amazon that evening when we were working abroad and he said I could face problems regarding regional restrictions and he was correct. I received a message that the content I wanted to watch wasn’t available in the country I was in. The same will apply to things like iPlayer etc., as they are restricted to UK only.

Attempts to smuggle anything through an airport is an offence as I am sure anyone knows
Every persons luggage is subject to complete scrutiny and checking and any item can be questioned and if necessary confiscated and a fine etc issued
Customs officers do not get embarrassed by any item travellers attempt to travel with and as as I am sure your friend knows all checks are done under the watchful eye of CCTV
And when said friend gets to Spain ( if they are allowed out of this country ) just what will they declare on their incoming passenger card as all luggage will be scrutinised on arrival

What an absolute load of tosh. Carrying a pharmaceutical product for personal use between countries where it’s licensed for use is not an issue.

Do please read my comment completely as there could well be a very valid problem if all conditions are not met !! Only the person travelling will be able to answer the question as the OP will not know the answer unless they are the traveller ; I will leave it to the OP to refresh themselves about the legalities of travelling through any airport with any medication
