I first read about Gary’s EZYBEAT from a flyer in our local café at Minnamurra. It caught my attention because I was looking for something to help me to tone up a bit which did not involve gyms or long term contracts.
I joined up and was not disappointed!
While I find the classes challenging they’re also varied and enjoyable. I attend as consistently as possible because I love the cheerful atmosphere, the encouragement given by our instructor and the friendliness of the other men and women who attend the classes.

Another year has come almost to its conclusion and looking back, I am much healthier and happier for the “ezybeat” classes.
As I get to know some my fellow participants, I have found that we are all working on keeping this amazing machine we call our bodies working well. Everyone I share with has said how they have come to appreciate the programs you instruct, and that they are right out with the best they have ever tried.
But there is more, your concern for the needs of each individual is a special quality you bring to each session.
So, thank you for this year’s classes they have been very beneficial. I look forward to 2010 with enthusiasm as I will be hoping to become fitter and healthier with your help.
