Gregory Lee Chancey, after spending years working in his father’s carpet cleaning business, founded All Dry Water Damage Experts and All Dry Drying Solutions in 1994. His goal was to own a local, family operated restoration company that would provide a higher level of customer service than what is offered by the large, franchise owned companies in the restoration industry. Gregory, through hard work and a commitment to this level of customer service, was able to obtain his goals and build the business on a solid foundation of providing excellent customer service and attention to all customers. Gregory’s wife, Michelle Chancey, took over his position upon his unfortunate passing in 2012. Her goal in taking over the management of these businesses was to maintain the high standards that were set by her husband. Her understanding, on a personal level, of the devastation, despair and loss that a homeowner experiences when facing damage to their home, has inspired her to proudly and enthusiastically step into this leadership role.
Having received her BA in psychology and her MA in Industrial Psychology, Michelle worked for twelve years as a senior research consultant. She specialized in the development and administration of entry level and promotional examinations, as well as performance appraisal systems for various police and fire organizations across the country.
Through this experience, Michelle was able to recognize the importance of matching a person’s skills/abilities to those required for a job. She also learned the value of providing excellent customer service and assistance to people who have experienced various types of losses.
Michelle uses her skills from her background in Industrial Psychology to ensure that the most competent, customer service oriented people are chosen to be part of the All Dry Water Damage Experts team. She aspires to work diligently to make the inherently bad situation of a disaster to ones’ property better, for every one of her customers. With compassion and commitment, Michelle and the All Dry Water Damage Experts team take a personal approach to each customer.
IICRC certified, Michelle brings a host of personal skills, expertise and heart to the All Dry Water Damage Experts team. A proud mother of two, in her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her two children, attending their sports games, playing chauffeur and most of all watching them grow.
She loves going to Rockies games, traveling, reading, spending time outdoors, and maintaining an active, healthy and balanced lifestyle.
