Nope, instead we are basically a kind of brutalist Argos for vinyl records. So, instead of trudging all the way to sunny Holbeck in anticipation of being able to flick through shelf after shelf of releases, please place your orders online first and use our ‘In-store collect’ option in the checkout.
Add to an existing order
Simply add the items you want to your cart and checkout as normal. If you have an order already on the go with us then we’ll add your new items in (as long as your order hasn’t already been packed).
Customs / VAT handling
Since Brexit (sorry!) it has become much more difficult for us to ship to the European Union.
Because the items in your order exceed the €150.00/£125.00 limit of the EU’s IOSS scheme we cannot currently collect VAT on your behalf. This means that you will have to pay VAT at whatever rate your country charges when your order reaches customs, along with any customs fees.
To ensure that you do not pay the VAT twice, we subtract it from your order.
There is nothing we can do about customs fees though, sorry. The only solution is to either reduce your order so that it falls under the IOSS limit (€150.00/£125.00) or increase it so that the customs fee is worth it.

Paying VAT in our checkout at the point of purchase means that you won’t get charged VAT when your order arrives in your country.
Doing things this way reduces your costs because you don’t have to pay customs charges.
However, calculating and charging VAT in the checkout means much higher costs for us. To help cover these costs, we charge a small handling fee of £1.00 per order.
