We supply patients with health solutions and medical advice across multiple countries around the world, continuously expanding into new markets. We were the first to provide an online consultation and prescription service which allows our customers to safely order and receive medication from the comfort of their home. The Hexpress Healthcare group incorporates trusted brands such as HealthExpress, euroClinix and 121doc.

Hexpress Healthcare has been at the forefront of innovation in the e-health sector since our launch. Patient safety has always been one of our top priorities to guarantee excellence of service. For this reason, we were amongst the first online healthcare providers to actively seek an approval with the MHRA on our business model. We are one of the few web-based healthcare companies who are fully registered with the CQC. We combine great industry expertise with technical know-how and work closely with a number of medical as well as data protection regulators.

Our Journey

Our journey started in 2002 with the launch of HealthExpress.co.uk. Initially partnering with local pharmacies, we were the first online clinic of its kind in the UK. Experiencing rapid growth, we added the brands euroClinix and 121doc to our catalogue to venture further into the European market. Starting off with a small team, we now employ over 100 people globally under the Hexpress Healthcare group, many of which have been with us from the beginning. The addition of GMC doctors to our in-house medical team has further strengthened our position within the healthcare industry and opened new opportunities for the expansion of our range of treatments and services.

We are fully regulated by a number of UK authorities, including the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and the Care Quality Commission (CQC). All our doctors are registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and our pharmacy is regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). We also protect our patients’ data in cooperation with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
