Have been taking generic for 8 years . Started at 25mg, but now need 4 to 5 x 200mg Cenforce generic each time to maintain erection, which does still perform really really well. But at what risk . Only side effects are red face , blocked nose and blurry vision that’s hard to see at night which clears overnight.
