2. It’s not the same as male viagra
While the male viagra can fix the medical problems of erectile dysfunction, this one just makes women more horny by increasing the dopamine in the brain. So, while male viagra has been known to have effect on the user’s physiology and improve his performance, flibanserin can not be a sure shot way to boost a woman’s sex drive, since the problem is psychological. Some people even say that HDDS is an invented disease and that it can be fixed with a change in lifestyle.
3.It has major side effects
The side effects of the pink pill include drowsiness, dizziness, and fainting, which increased the risk of injuries such as concussions. Extremely low blood pressure was another less common side effect. Also, these effects were seen in one in every five women who took the pill!
4. You can’t drink. Ever.
Yes that’s right. You’ll have to choose girls- sex or alcohol. You can’t have both because the side effects of the pill are exacerbated with the intake of alcohol. Apart from alcohol, you cannot take birth control pills with this pill either, because any kind of hormonal contraception also increases the side effects. Also, women with a heart condition will not be able to use the pill since it can cause low blood pressure too.
5. There are other alternatives to a pill
Like we mentioned, low sex drive can be fixed with a few lifestyle changes as well. A lot of times, low sex drive in women is a side effect of a lot of other problems like hypothyroidism, migraine, type 2 diabetes, chronic pain disorders and high blood pressure. So you need to monitor these, in addition to monitoring your dosage of hormonal contraceptives and anti depressant pills and you will experience your sex drive resurrecting from the dead!
