Kamagra is an unlicensed treatment for erectile dysfunction. Sometimes referred to as Viagra gel, it contains the same active ingredient as Viagra but isn’t legal to buy in the UK or EU.
What is Kamagra?
Kamagra is a drug that’s sometimes used for erectile dysfunction (ED). It contains an active ingredient called ’sildenafil citrate’, which is used in Viagra and generic Sildenafil.
Kamagra comes either as a tablet, or as an oral jelly. It’s usually bought online as a cheap alternative to Viagra or Levitra, and it’s thought to work in a similar way.
But, Kamagra is currently unlicensed (not an approved, legal treatment) in the UK and the EU, so it can’t be prescribed to you by a doctor. Because of this, it isn’t regulated, so the exact ingredients and side effects of Kamagra can vary, and using it is unsafe and potentially dangerous.

How is Kamagra taken?
Kamagra is used like Viagra – when people can’t get or keep erections. The pill or jelly is taken together with sexual stimulation, and is meant to increase blood flow to the penis. The tablets are swallowed orally, and the jelly is dissolved on the tongue.
Is Kamagra safe?
Not if you’re buying in the UK or EU. Buying unlicensed drugs online is always very risky. Buying Kamagra is illegal in the UK and the EU, and websites offering it often sell fake or dangerous imitations.
Because it’s unlicensed, there’s no way to control the ingredients of Kamagra sold in the UK and EU, and there’s very little knowledge of effects or side effects it can have.
Some people’s bodies may react very badly to the drug, depending on their medical history and lifestyle. It’s also very difficult to know whether you’re likely to have an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients in Kamagra, which could be potentially life-threatening.

Because Kamagra is an unlicensed and unregulated drug in the UK and EU, websites selling it are likely to sell fake or imitation versions, and so the exact ingredients and effects may vary.
So it’s impossible to tell whether or not Kamagra you buy in the UK or EU will definitely work, and the drug’s effects will vary a lot depending upon where you buy it from.

Can I get Kamagra?
Kamagra isn’t legally available in the UK and the EU. The only way to get it would be online, but this is illegal.
If you’re travelling or living outside of the UK and the EU then you might be able to get Kamagra. But you need to make sure that it’s regulated and licensed in the country you’re in.
How are Viagra and Kamagra different?
Kamagra is supposed to contain the same active ingredient as Viagra, which is called sildenafil.
In theory, it should work in almost the same way as Viagra, taking about 45 minutes to take effect, and lasting for around 4-6 hours. But this can vary from person to person.
Is it worth the risk?
Buying unregulated and illegal drugs is never worth the risk to your safety and personal health. Especially when there’s such a wide range of cheap, legal treatments for erectile dysfunction available.
