John Boehner attacked for ‘electile dysfunction’
Remember that brilliant campaign ad that flashed in your head at the tail end of a drunken debauch in the basement of your frat house – the one that sounded really, really stupid in the sobering light of day?
A Cedarville University adjunct French teacher is hoping his “electile dysfunction” spot hit Speaker of the House John Boehner where it hurts: the ballot box.
J.D. Winteregg, one of three men challenging Boehner for the 8th Congressional District seat in the May 6 Republican primary, has launched “When The Moment Is Right,” a Viagra commercial spoof, on YouTube.com.
Winteregg is a Troy resident and tea party member. The video uses a common mispronunciation of the speaker’s name for comedic effect.
Here are a few zingers:
“(Electile dysfunction) could be a question of blood flow. Sometimes when a politician has been in D.C. too long, it goes to his head and he just can’t seem to get the job done.”
“Other signs of electile dysfunction may include extreme skin discoloration, the inability to punch one’s self out of a wet paper bag or maintain a spine in the face of liberal opposition, (inaudible), smoking and golf.”
“If you have a Boehner lasting more than 23 years, seek immediate medical attention.”

How many Tech Grads faces a wrecktile exam?
Cute, to the point, and probably not particularly effective. This is an entrenched, career politician, with plenty of money behind him. And when was the last time you heard someone say “Throw all the Congressmen out office, but I happen to like mine, and will be voting for him again this election?” Nuf said?
Whether a democrat or republican, no one should be in office 23 years. Term limits are a necessary check and balance to career politicians who get entirely too comfortable and familiar with the system and special interests.
OMG that is so funny. But. Boehner is not the problem. In fact, the tea party is always all over him because he really wants to do the right thing, but he’s afraid of being defeated by the far right.
What is so weird about the real ED is that people who snorted coke years ago knew that it did cause men to uh have a “boehner” for up to 4 hours. Duh! the drug companies were so slow.
Please remember that the Executive branch implements the laws of the Legislative branch, which the Judicial branch interprets. Democrats squandered the super majority in House and Senate when President Obama took office, so the Affordable Care Act (ACA/Obamacare), which should have been single-payer, isn’t. Since Obamacare is legislation drafted by a majority Republican House, and upheld by a conservative Supreme Court, the benefit is to insurance businesses more so than insured, who are the actual constituents. One wonders why Republicans are so contentious about legislation they passed that benefits their benefactors, and why the number of legislators who also are medical professionals has increased in recent years (e.g. Rep. Gingrey, Rep. Broun, Sen. Rand Paul).
I don’t know if it will get him elected, but that’s quite the entertaining political ad.
@ DontTread – Despite the liberal media wanting Boehner to lose, every political pundit projects Boehner will easily win his re-election in the 8th district of Ohio. All rate him as safe.
@ The_Centrist @ DontTread Of course he’s safe! Everyone knows what he is going to do. Bluster. Then capitulate to anything and everything liberal. A jellyfish would be a better politician. Who needs a spine when you’ve got Congressional perks, instead?
BEST ONE I EVER HEARD 🙂 🙂
Look to see him on SNL or Shepard Smith.
he may not “erictile” but he is dysfunctional, not willing to stand up to obama, all he has done for the past 6 years was roll over/trun around grab his ankles and let barry have is way with him, you have benghazi, fast/furious, irs and others and he has yet to convene congress to hold hearings into abuses of power by the president for the purpose of drawing up articles of impeachment..it is truly time for hime to go, even if it means him losing HIS SEAT but the house staying in republican hands so that a strong no-nonsense speaker can be elected to stop the run away abuses by obama and the justice department.
@ notevensurprised LMAO too funny. Can definitely tell when someone has been watching too much Fox News! OMG that is hilarious!
@notevensurprised Isn’t it curious how so many of these conservatives who find homosexuality so abhorrent, use homosexual metaphors in their comments. Their messiah limbaugh uses this symbolism almost every day in his commentary, and it is of course picked up and repeated by his devoted followers. I wonder just what ol’ rush is hiding in his closet, and how much in the closet his acolytes really are.
As for the erectile dysfunction of the cons, they need neither viagra nor cialis. As we see from the above comment, just mention BENGHAZI. or fast and furious, or the IRS, or bombing some Arabs, and they’re stimulated like 18 year old males watching internet porn.
@ AuntieChrist And just like an 18 year old male watching internet porn, they don’t exactly go out interact with any other party. They get sweaty, do a brief bit of huffing and puffing, tell themselves how great they are and feel for the moment, and get nothing productive accomplished, then feel let down. Yup, good analogy.
Offensive humor from liberal sources aimed at conservatives—gets an automatic pass in the media. It’s even lauded. This fits the media agenda nicely.
@ NOlongerRepublican @ EdUktr “If you read. ” That is the operative phrase. You give eduktr too much credit by assuming he can read.
@ EdUktr , thanks Tea Party for providing the ammunition! Dummies. Your side needs to stop the throwing the liberal media a bunch of softballs. Is there a pill for that?
@ EdUktr UM “liberal sources??” If you read you will see that the ad came from a Tea Party candidate running again Boehner. I have yet to find a liberal Tea Partier.
A tasteless ad. I wouldn’t want him teaching my kids.
Oh look, plagiarism boy is posting already.
Funny, but just another biased attack.
Here is the main reason Democrats are now expected to lose control of the Senate along with the House for a Republican Congress. A recent survey of 148 insurance brokers shows that ObamaCare is sending premiums rising at the fastest clip in decades. “For the last, about, five years they’ve been doing this survey, so this was the largest percentage increase in any quarter since they’ve been doing (it). 11 percent increase on average across all the states — that puts it at the upper end of any increase we’ve seen for decades,” says Scott Gottlieb of the American Enterprise Institute.” That is the national average in a survey done by Morgan Stanley. But in some states, it found rates are soaring up to 100%. Analysts say the main reasons for the higher costs are not medical inflation, but rather the requirements of ObamaCare itself. The reported hikes are for the first policies issued under ObamaCare in 2014. “They’re going to see an announcement that next year’s premium’s going to be 25 percent or maybe 50 percent higher than what they’re now paying,” says John Goodman of the National Center for Policy Analysis. Insurance executives say the same thing. Marc Bertolini, CEO of Aetna, recently told an earning conference that he anticipates 2014 spikes of 20 to 50 percent, going as high as 100 percent in some markets. I do think it’s likely premium-rate shocks are coming,” said Chet Burrell, CEO of Care First BlueCross BlueShield. In most states, insurers will be setting their 2015 rates in June, but the administration is doing everything possible to keep the grim news under the radar until after the November elections. It even postponed the beginning of the open enrollment period until Nov. 15. Many enrollees who thought they signed up for Obamacare are not covered as it never got to or accepted by insurance companies (“Backend”). Others will never even make the first payment. Statistics on actual paid Obamacare premiums, those who did not have insurance before, those still not having insurance will be sought by Congress and obscured by the administration. Some of it will be leaked, even though the liberal media will try to keep a lid on it instead of digging for it as they would do under a Republican administration.
The Congressional Budget Office issued a report Monday saying the average premium 15 percent below its earlier estimates in 2009, but that does not include deductibles of as much as $5,000. Perhaps 20 percent haven’t paid their first premium and therefore aren’t covered, according to estimates by RAND Corp. and Goldman Sachs. Then there are those who will have to pay thousands out of pocket for appointments, tests and prescriptions until reaching the high deductibles, and the fear is that they will simply stop paying premiums mid-year. This on top of next year’s employer mandate that will cause layoffs and full time workers being moved to part time status, employers who buy plans in the small-group market will have a hard time renewing their old plans this year. Many will have to choose between providing the more costly ObamaCare benefit package or dropping coverage altogether. Add to all this, there are the shrinking networks like access to the nation’s top cancer centers as ObamaCare enrollees are finding how few choices of hospitals and doctors they have. Finally, insurance companies can get government subsidies if they show they took a loss this year due to Obamacare. Shoving this partisan legislation through Congress without understanding it, or making proper adjustments as things unfolded is now going to have a high political backlash. No amount of false cheer-leading by the administration and liberal media lapdogs is going to avoid it.
The above is a compendium from multiple sources and my own commentary. There is no requirement for blog posters to footnote sources – Do Your Own Due Diligence (DOYDD). References to facts, surveys, studies, corporate estimates, and quotes can be easily copied and pasted into search engines where many sources will confirm them. Shooting the messenger is only a debate tactic when the content from the other side can’t be logically disputed.
And that is why nobody takes you seriously. Get a job.
More spittle from the cut and paste right-wing talking points department.
Ask yourself, if I repeat the same partisan talking points over and over again, is it convincing or am I wasting my time?
The answer is the latter.
There you have it ladies and gentlemen, the latest compendium of right wing talking points all nice and neatly laid out by our intrepid cub reporter. No longer will you have to stifle a gag reflex when going to breibart, daily caller, or townhall because dah centrist will assemble all their paranoia, lies and dissembling for you in one neat, somewhat incoherent package, along with his usual banal commentary on the evils of the librul media we have come to love and expect from his over taxed mental capacity. Enjoy!
@ The_Centrist Very good information but low informed here wont understand the part that it is going to cost more.
Wow, just think of the nonsense the wrong-wingers in the teaklan would be spouting if boehner had faced any real ‘liberal opposition’.
Somewhere down deep these imbeciles must realize the current face of Democratic opposition is as entirely ‘centrist’ as they will ever face.
Boehner and Friends support Viagra, but not planned parenthood. They support Cialis, but not contraception for women. They are electile dysfunctional because they have poor blood flow to the brain.
@ CuriousPrime Why should I pay for your sex habits.
And he’s a French professor?
@ DannyX @ The_Centrist It is silly little school girl games played by silly people that can not compete in an intellectual debate.
@ td1234 @ DannyX @ The_Centrist What intellectual debate? Intellectual debates do not include personal attacks or insults.
@ The_Centrist , its not a sockpuppet, its a mockpuppet!
Liberal scum sockpuppet also using the NWGAL screen-name.
